  • Mayukh Tour and Travels will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during the trip.

7. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or operational concerns.
  • In such cases, a suitable alternative will be provided at no extra cost.

8. Responsibility & Liability

  • Travelers participate in tours at their own risk and are responsible for their behavior and safety.

9. Health & Fitness

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel.
  • Any existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.

10. Behavior and Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.
  • Mayukh Tour and Travels reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour without refund for misconduct, abuse, or non-compliance.

11. Force Majeure

  • Mayukh Tour and Travels will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or any events beyond our control.
