1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour start date: 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date: No refund.

2. No Show

  • If a customer does not show up on the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued.

3. Early Termination of Tour

  • No refunds will be given for unused portions of a tour once it has started.

4. Cancellation by the Company

  • In rare circumstances, [Your Company Name] may cancel a tour due to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group numbers. In such cases, customers will be offered:
    • A full refund OR
    • An alternative tour of equal value OR
    • A credit for future travel

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Processing fees or transaction charges may be deducted depending on your payment provider.

6. Special Offers and Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain promotional bookings or packages may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

  • Some services (e.g., flights, cruises, hotels) may have their own cancellation terms. We are not responsible for third-party refund policies, and any such cancellation must be dealt with directly through those providers.

8. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events including cancellations, medical emergencies, and delays.
