2. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not show up on the day of departure or at the specified meeting point, no refund will be issued.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to be present on time and with all required documentation.
3. Early Departure / Unused Services
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or any part of the tour not used voluntarily.
4. Tour Cancellation by Mayukh Tour and Travel
In the rare event that Mayukh Tour and Travel cancels a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, safety concerns, or minimum group size not met), you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An opportunity to reschedule the trip, or
- A credit voucher for future use (valid for 12 months)
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain bookings may be non-refundable, such as:
- Promotional packages
- Discounted tours
- Last-minute bookings
- Third-party services (e.g., airline tickets, visa processing, etc.)
These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
6. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
- Any transaction fees, bank charges, or service fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
7. Third-Party Policies
For services booked through third parties (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise operators), their individual cancellation and refund policies will apply. Mayukh Tour and Travel is not responsible for third-party decisions.
8. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, emergencies, and other unexpected events.
